One of Carmen's biggest passions in mindfulness is helping children be present, grounded and centered. For kids, this may mean sitting quietly on a rock or playing with the brazen intensity only children can emanate. Mindful kids can fully engage in all of life's challenges and joys with healthy self-regulation of stress and anxiety, developing an emotional intelligence that helps process difficult experiences and build healthy relationships.
